Hi to all

I am now a proud owner of FRP no 47 and I am keen to get my new toy up to a high standard.

I am getting the wheels refurbished in January and am using a local guy in Carlisle who did my wheels for my Focus Rs Mk1
They looked better than new.
I am keen though to keep the car as standard as possible and am after a paint code or colour for them.
Can anyone help.
Also I seem to be getting a water leak from somewhere and the passenger footwell floor is getting wet. any ideas!!

Thanks in advance

Simon

have you been running the AC if so the drain hose is either blocked or pointing internally underneath and not out from the chassis/bodywork

Thanks for the help
No I haven't been using the air con
Have used the car for 700 miles last week and the car was running sweet
Now the heater doesn't heat up I was thinking it was the thermostat but one you gave me thinking.
The water level has not dropped so not sure

Hi the paint colour I used on V4 and will be using for 462 is Ford Moondust silver it does seem a very close match to the original.

The heater issue is most likely a faulty HCV (heater control valve) located on the bulkhead with2 hoses coming out. Common fault on them some people end up changing them on a yearly basis!!!

I did mine with Moondust also.
If you go to the club photo section you will see the result.
