carbon doors? (hello!)

hello to one and all, dont worry i wont hang around long (altho been here 5mins and already helped several people!)

little birdy told me someone has had carbon doors made?!!!

is this general knowledge and am i permitted to know who has made them so i can go buy a pair?

fingers crossed this person is nicer than the last guy who had custom carbon parts made for a puma and wouldnt share the info!!!! not very nice really...especially considering he could have made some money from it!

how is everyone at frpoc hq these days?

ps; if anyone wants original rally 'swoosh' decals i have the ORIGINAL BIRKBECK files and can have them made for a very reasonable price (in fact nearly any decal from the red/blue rally cars as i have made mine into a replica using original birkbeck decals but had them scanned and copied before fitting them for half the price of birkbeck)

not heard anything on here or about carbon doors. but they were in a thread i started a while go to see what if anything people would want made from carbon but theyre was no interest

We bought some carbon doors recently on ebay, didn't have them made, they were originally from Germany and used in a race series over there. They are very light with perpex windows

That weblink is a nice find I've seen the Puma WRC before, but they did'nt have parts for sale last time I looked.

It makes me realise what a bargain we had, both our doors are complete carbon fibre, including window frame and inner door panels and have perspex windows £315 the pair!!!

One door weighs 5kg the other 7.2kg complete!!
