use my friend ollie at oc-motorsport, hes a ford nut and a brilliant mechanic and has the added bonus of having my own frp cambelt tool.

he works on my frp and my track car.

hes done quite a fewcambelt changes on frp's in this club now so he knows his way around them and comes well recommended.

heres his website http://www.oc-motorsport.com/

and his mobile number is 07795225550

In making your choice, the most important question is to ask if they have the specific FRP cam locking tool, as this is unique to the racing puma, and not the same as the standard 1.7.

With VCT they need to lock it, and get it right.

I was recommended another guy called Oli, this time at Owens Garage in Haywards Heath. www.owengarages.co.uk

Really cant say enough good things about this guy. He has done FRPs before and has loads of expensive guys going through the whole time :)
