frp underbody protection

hi all just wondering do frp's have the ford underbody seal sprayed on then or are they just painted?

Having to derust and protect my underboot section soon...

ok cheers mate so its just the primer on its own is it, theres no lumpy foamy stuff around near where the seats bolt through? the reason im asking this is i have a fiesta zetec s at the moment and it has the ford underbody protection on it which is good in some ways but i find rust just festers undernieth it and you cant usually see the rust untill the scrape the underseal back.
so im trying to see if the frp suffers from the same problem.
