Hi,can any one tell me which lsd oil I should use/recommended and amount needed to fill gearbox from empty thx

70W 90 fully or part synthetic oil.
I think the fill is 2.7litres (its definitely under 3), fill until oil overflows from the fill plug then extract some oil to leave it 5-10mm below the plug.

I contacted Tremona when I put the LSD in my box, they recommended standard Ford IB5 gearbox oil, which is what's now in there.
