timing belt tool

Hi my frp is due for a timing belt and i have been told it needs a special tool for it how do i go about getting one is this possible or not thanks lewis

no, its not possible to just get one, its hard even for dealers to get. I;d advise getting someone who knows puma engines as the VCT is very hard to sort, if teh cam belt is done incorrectly. Also fit the whole kit, not just the belt.

What is different between a normal 1.7 timing tool and the frp timing tool??

I've been directed to the laser tools kit 4291, but on the website it says these are for vauxhall/peugeot/citron.

There is the smallest of difference, I borrowed one to do my timing and when it arrived I thought it would make no difference but I used it and it sorted out my running problems in low revs :)
