press cars

Hi does anyone know if any of the other press cars will be at duxford i know v1 v4 and obviously v6 as i have it but just qwondered about v2 v3 and v5 would be there it would be amazing to see them there and it would make a great photo.

The owner of V5 FRP was interested in coming, so there is a good chance that car will be there too.

V2 FRP was around in 2002/2003 but has been off-radar for a while. V3 FRP hasn't been seen around for a long time now.

there both still being taxed so there still on the road at least .

Its just a pity if there not there cause it would make a great photo

Which V2 as FMC02 is still around as well as the car with the V2 number plate, so are there really 7 press cars?

I've just contacted FMC02 who is not yet sure due to work commitments whether he can attend or not.

It'll be great to see them reunited I'm looking forward to meeting V6 as I've only seen the photo's of him in the various original magazine articles, quite a few more than V4 seems to have been in. I was in touch with the owner of V3 a few years ago but have lost his email address and cannot find him on the forums.

Thats a shame but we are going to be there at least and i cant wait to see the press cars together again

FMC018 (renumbered FRP326 by Ford before sale to public) will be at Duxford
