squeeling brakes

hi i have just put v6 back on the road for the summer i had it in the garage for a few things .one of the things was the noisy brakes but they said there wasint anything they could do to stop them squeeling is this true any advice would be much appreciated. :D

The squeel is curable... condition of calipers and discs plays a part, but most of all..pad type used....

i use a textar pad and 'corner' off the backing plate, as the orginals were....which apperently relieves pressure off the top piston...

when fitting them i wipe over a small amount of silicone adhesive on the backing plate, which makes them tack onto the pistons...also like the originals did when peeling of the backing sheet...
