Blackbox Attached to underside of Bonnet

Hi All,

I noticed this black box but cant suss out what it does?

could any one tell me please.

It's just a resonator box to take out harshness of engine 'note' ... more of a standard puma item really... not sure it has much place in the engine bay with the Janspeed fitted... iv'e left mine in tho...

I may just take mine out and try it witout then , just to see if it makes much difference.

out of interest did you remove the box and if so did you notice any difference?
