Passenger Footwell Pi**ing In Water

Our FRP is leaking water really badly in the passenger footwell,

Had i word with my mate who used to work at Ford and he said they were prone for it, normally not sealed up properly behind the dashboard!!!

Has anyone else had this problem??????????

There are three items I can think off straight off:
A/C drain pipe is blocked and/or poking into passenger footwell area
rubber bulk head cable grommit has come loose and is allowing water in
bulk head seam behind fuse box is leaking water in

Check the pollen filter enclosure.

I think ill check the pollen filter enclosure and pipes first as its the easiest!!

Check Kates suggestion of the wiring grommit; it can be easily seen with the bonnet up and sometimes you find people have put cables through for subs / amps and either not sealed it after or pulled the cables out prior to sale and just left the holes.

Mine had an unsealed hole through for the toad alarm power lead, and 0165 had an unsealed hole for a sub cable to the boot.

Flic had a similar problem with her std puma, I think it was a split seam behind the bulkhead in the end It's all fixed now though
