The passenger one is easy enough to get from ford...it's just the damm drivers side...

also, the door weather sheild behind the door card is totally out too... (RH)

Te same part appears on the Escort MK6, may be a slightly different hue of plastic but they cost almost nothing and are easy to find as said by Colin.
