Hi guys

(Apologies to those who may have seen this on PP)

Some of you know this car, but for those that don't I really can't describe in an advert how special it is, though I hope my description goes some of the way towards doing so.

Long term I am looking to get a forest rally car (this is just too clean to do that with), and while my rally thirst has been quenched for the time being with me co-driving in the F1000 championship next year, I thought I'd use the opportunity, between competition cars to own a fun "have to own one before you're 30" kind of car for a few months. The FRP is on this list for me, so if any of you are interested in a part exchange with this car then please get in touch and we'll discuss further.

Please see my detailed advert here:

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/308268.htm

And a couple of links to pics and vids of the car to give you a good idea of the condition - I hate it when people advertise cars as 'mint' and provide photos from a distance which appear to back this up, when in fact the car leaves a lot to be desired. This is why I have gone into so much detail, particularly with the pictures!

Video at Harewood Hillclimb:

Professional photos from the same event:

Detailed photos (just a few!!!) of around the car, featuring close-ups of the crucial areas and places which are normally tatty on even a very good example:
Detailed Photos

As you can see, this car both in its standard of preparation and original condition is a one-off, and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. If the photos don't give you a good enough idea then come and see for yourself! This car is at home on the race track, the road and at shows, drawing a large amount of interest anywhere it goes - it really is special. I have persuaded myself that long term I have to sell it in order to move into a rally car, and if the opportunity presents itself in the meantime for an FRP then I'll jump at the chance.

Hi Paul,

How competitive is this car in class at Sprints and Hillclimbs?

I see you have done Harewood, what sprints have you done?

By the way, I'm not looking to px, just interested to know how it does in competition :)

cheers
