£5495 / PX Type R for my lovely FRP! **PRICE DROPPED**

Due to a need for something larger, I'm considering selling/PX'ing my cherished FRP (353).

If you're reading this ad, then you already know of the virtues of the car over standard - so I'll focus on my one! The car is known on owner's club forums so feel free to ask them their views too.

Overview:

-Really extensive service history from new (large folder full!). Over it's life, we're talking nearly £20k worth of work / maintenance.
-Cambelt done with correct tool @ 72k
-New tyres a few months ago (Hankook Evo Ventus 2s - Google them, very nice tyres)

Bodywork:

-Bodywork is near perfect - resprayed front end / rears and detailed by me.
-Maybe one or two stonechips on the front - not a ding anywhere
-Machine polished
-Fully rust treated and undersealed including arches
-Refurb'd wheels a few 'k miles ago

Interior:

Immaculate - retrimmed wheel as new, new gaiters in blue alcantara for gear and handbrake. Spotlessly clean.

Recent work done/tweaks:

-Polybushed
-Hi Spec 2 piece from disks (cheap to replace and awesome power)
-Mintex M1144 pads
-New Marine grade stainless pistons and seals on the alcons (fully cleaned and repainted) - Thanks Eldude!
-New Piper stainless manifold and headshielding
-ITG air filter (OEM airbox kept)
-Polished wheel centres
-New sensors - ICV / MAF / Speed Sensor / HEGO
-Rust treated underside and arches
-JVC incar DVD player
-Milltek Stainless Exhaust
-Rebuilt Gearbox
-LSD Fitted
-New Organic clutch
-Mudflaps with Tickford / numbered stickers to protect paint

Nothing needs doing to the car now - £3000 bills in six months will verify the money and love spent on the car.

If I can't find a buyer, I'd be looking for a P/X deal for a nice and tidy Type R (pref Accord, but consider EP3 Civic) with similar love invested, or maybe a Mondeo ST etc etc... What have you?
