Phil - New owner of FMC 023 - VRN - S3FRP. Went for a look & was impressed. The car was simply stunning. Apparently reshelled using a 2002 Puma Thunder as a basic chassis, after a rear end shunt at 12600 miles, that has subsequently had complete transplant of all FRP components, Miltek 4-2-1 manifold. New parts added since 2009 include :-Front splitter, Front discs & pads, Rear quarter panels, Front & rear screen, Miltek Sport system with FRP tip, Steering wheel recovered, Seats like new, Full respray, Colour keyed & spotless under bonnet. Even the underseal was clean. Full service history, 44500 miles, receipts for most things. Faults to sort:- Passenger door seal & Electric mirror in one axis, Lighter/12volt outlet, Rear screen washer jet, Drivers seat handle. - Couldn't really walk away for it !!! - Roll on summer.

Sounds like a very tidy one, link to pics not working though. I think I saw it on ebay, I own no 24 and made a joke to the gf that I could get no 23 and have two consecutive FRPs. I got the "I'm gonna chop of your balls" look for some reason :P

Yea it was the last press car as far as I'm aware. Pics were on ebay at http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200674108434? ... 1438.l2649 if it works. There are one or two errors in the detail of the item description. The reshell appears to have been done some where between Sept 2004 and Nov 2006. From then it ran under VRN YG02JFA, the shell being first registered in Mar 2002. Then through 2009 a couple down Milton Keynes way went to town on it, having a first class job done in a body shop, putting it back on the road in early 2010. The previous owner acquired it's present VRN S3FRP in Jan 2011. The new (red) V5 lists it simply as a Ford Puma Coupe, with a Section3 special note reading:- 1. Rebuilt . Assembled from parts some or all of which were not new. Did an HPI check and it came up squeaky clean, so I went and gathered it up !! :D
