nsf Track rod

Does anyone have one or know where you can get a track rod for a racing puma. "It's the track rod i am after not the track rod end."

I damaged a track rod and track rod end earlier this year. You are right: there aren't any true FRP track rods around, however you can use the following:

From REMOCO Parts for Fords (0161 477 1415)

120441177518 Ford FOCUS steering rack bar 1998-04 TIE ROD track arm

It cost me £10.99 + £3.50 carr. = £14.49

Yes the Focus one is about 3mm different in length but fits fine as there is plenty of adjustment.
