How much? Selling Carbon Fibre Spliiter & Alcantara

Hi all,

Just signed up for an account as I thought this was probably the most appropriate place to sell an item I have had in my garage for quite a few years now and am having a clear out and was after some pricing suggestions as I am well out of touch!

I was given this brand new origianl FRP carbon fibre splitter which came from the factory where they were being built (or so I'm told) by the guy I purchased some racing pumas seats from a long time ago which I put in my escort (is that a swear on here? lol). I also purchased of this guy a roll of the original blue alcantara that the seats were covered in which I done the rest of my interior with, sold some (£40 a sq meter from memory) and kept some back, I still have some left over so also wanted to know the current/suggested price for this.

Can someone give me an idea what this should be sold for also as I don't have a clue!?

There is 1.3m x 4m left on the roll. Along time ago I sold it at £40 a sqm, I don't know if this is still the going rate or if it has gone up/down hence the post asking for some guidance from people. I'm not out to rip anyone off but hope in return I get a honest answer.

This would be what they orignally fitted on the FRP's orignally as it came from the factory. Just carbon fibre look then I guess?

if it helps the splitters are currently just under £100 from ford, they went down in price about two months ago with everything else.

alcantara is anything from £40-£60 a meter

Alcantara only worth about £5 a metre sq however im feeling generous so ill give you a tenner for everything you've got

I might be intersted i the splitter as a spare as I have caught mine on the odd kerb when parking.

After reading them all I have decided to sell the Alcantara at £50 per 1m x 1.3m. This is half the price of pumabuild's current website which is doing 0.5m x 1.3m at £50.

I will sell the splitter for £50.

Dogsbody I am near southampton..... let me know if this is within a reasonable ditance to you.

I will let this post ride here for a couple of days and if need be create a seperate post in the for sale area if I don't get any buyers.
